What Yong Family ate during the Chinese New Year 2009 ???

First of all i Must introduce this special meal which is contributed to the church CNY gathering dinner by my lovely mum , it is named " HongKong style Abolone & Chai Lan ".It is also one of my favourite food~Thus i captured it before our Yong Family attend to the Church Dinner~
Hmmm....a bit shaky tim~

My kawaiii sister beeyen , was holding a box with 3 pics of Japanese Sotong Ball,
No doubt again i am the cameracat and need to guide her to pose nicely,
( In Karamunsing shopping mall , Kota Kinabalu,during the CNY)
then is time to tatse my first " Japanese Teriyaki style sotong ball" in my life time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
( feel bit shamed cuz i really never taste it before.)
Arrrmm........em...????
Be fact it is actually taste such as my mum 's LO BAK GOU loh!!!
My mum's handmade Lo Pak Gou really the best in the universal~
natural taste with unatural ingredient, crispy but smoothy , i am sure you wil grab more once u tried my mum's 100% hongkong tradition style Lo Pak Gou.
However mum really wish her daugther ( me or either beeyen) to INHERIT her Secret Recepi
since it was " hidden" so many years from our Hongkong family history, but i really cannt make it for this year perhaps cause of most of the time i was busy to hangout with my JI Mui friends in sabah .....thus...no time for it.......
Anywhere, i really hope to learn it , then made it by myself , for my family , for my friends .....hmmm...also for my " soi lou"
